Charles Padgett has extensive experience in the finance and technology industries. Charles began their career in 2000 as the Managing Director EMEA / CFO EMEA / VP Strategic Development EMEA at Wireless Facilities Inc. (now Kratos). In 2002, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Aviarc (Acquired by Sealaska). In 2003, they were an Entrepreneur in Residence at The Boeing Company - Boeing Technology Ventures. From 2004 to 2006, they held the roles of Founder and Board Adviser at Cascadia Project Management (acquired by Centerline Solutions) and Vice President Acquisition & Integration at Captiva Software (Acquired by EMC). From 2006 to 2008, they were the Vice President Acquisition & Integration at EMC and Chief Financial Officer, EMEA and SVP, Acquisition, and Integration at Kofax, Inc. From 2015 to 2019, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Verimatrix. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at AuthenticID, a pioneer in the Identity Proofing and Fraud Detection space.

Charles Padgett obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and History from the University of Oregon in 1983. In 1984, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Charles also holds the CPA - Inactive certification in both Washington and Alaska.
