Richard Huber has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1993 as an Investigator for Hard Facts Engineering. In 1997, they joined Electronic Data Systems (EDS) via Chubb Professional Resources as a Software Engineer. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Software Engineer for SBI and Company, formerly Emerald Solutions. From 2001 to 2014, they worked for IDEMIA as the Chief Technology Officer and Director of Software Engineering, ABIS Search Engine, ABIS Foundation SDK. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Owner of AustinSciences LLC. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Chief Science Officer of AuthenticID. In 2020, they began working as a Chemist for Free Sanitizer donations - COVID-19. Richard is currently the CTO and SVP of Research & Technology for AssureTec.

Richard Huber has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Lafayette College, obtained in 1996-1997. Richard also obtained a TG Graduate degree from Chubb Institute in Client-Server Programming and UNIX Concentration in 1996-1997. In 2002-2003, they obtained a JLPT 2 Certified Conversational Japanese from the Japan Society. Additionally, Richard has obtained several certifications from Coursera and Udacity, including Machine Learning, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning. Richard also obtained a Functional Programming Principles in Scala certification from Coursera in 2012.
