Dustie Nichole Mercer

Dustie Nichole Mercer has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. In 2001, they started working at Group RCI as a Business Liaison & Call Center Supervisor, where they developed sales and customer service skills for a team of 15-20 sales agents. Dustie Nichole also addressed scheduling and call handling issues to meet company goals.

In 2008, Dustie became a Business Development Manager at ChaCha Search, Inc., where they developed and executed a strategic plan for nationwide local ad sales. Dustie Nichole was responsible for achieving short, mid, and long-term revenue goals.

In 2009, Dustie worked as a Private Consultant - Contract at Tetherball, LLC. Dustie Nichole helped drive customer loyalty through mobile coupons, rewards programs, sweepstakes, and notifications.

Starting in 2010, Dustie joined FinishMaster as the Director of the National Contact Center. Dustie Nichole'snotable achievements include aggregating customer service for a large number of locations and driving B2B order adoption, leading to cost savings and operational improvements.

From 2015 to 2020, Dustie worked at Renaissance Life and Health Insurance Company of America. Dustie Nichole served as the Senior Director of Individual Product Operations, where they implemented new business and managed billing and collections for multiple companies. Dustie Nichole also held the position of Senior Director of Call Center Operations and successfully improved employee retention and satisfaction while reducing organizational call volume.

In 2020, Dustie joined Eleven Fifty Academy as the Chief of Staff. Dustie Nichole later became the Vice President of Student Journey, where they conducted research and identified pain points in the student experience. Dustie Nichole implemented changes to create a more cohesive and transparent process.

Currently, Dustie is working as a Senior Practice Manager at Authenticx, starting in 2023. The details of their role are not yet available.

Dustie Nichole Mercer's education history includes completing an Immersive Learning Program in Web Development at Eleven Fifty Academy from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where they studied from 2000 to 2011.
