Bert Cholewa has over 30 years of work experience. Bert started their career at Eastman Kodak Company in 1981, where they worked as a Process Engineer and later as a KODACEL Sales Manager. Bert managed the sales operation for KODACEL Plastic Sheeting and provided technical support for process troubleshooting. In 1991, they became a Product Engineer at Eastman Kodak Company, gaining extensive manufacturing experience in large-scale web handling and polyester extrusion systems. Bert also supported high-speed coating systems and thin film application. From 2008 to 2016, Bert served as the Operations Director at Eastman Kodak Company, responsible for equipment and product performance. In 2016, they joined eApeiron Solutions as the Senior Vice President of Operations. In 2018, they moved to Smart Cosmos Solutions Inc. as the Vice President of Global Partnerships and also managed the brand protection business unit. Currently, Bert is the Vice President of Brand Product Management at Authentix, where they are responsible for product management of brand protection products, including traditional chemical-based marker technologies and digital authentication systems.

Bert Cholewa completed their high school education at Marist High School from 1972 to 1976. Following that, they attended Michigan State University from 1976 to 1981 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Prior to Marist High School, Bert attended St. Bruno Elementary, but no specific start or end year is provided for this educational institution.
