Ivette Dupuis

Ivette Dupuis has a strong background in human resources and administration. Ivette is currently working at Authority Brands as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where they drive strategic initiatives and oversees various HR functions. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Authority Brands.

From 2016 to 2023, Ivette worked at NAC Mechanical Services as the Director of HR and Administration. In this role, they played a key part in supporting rapid growth, managing organizational change, and leading performance. Ivette also served as an Interim Controller and led a team of seven people.

Ivette has experience in teaching as well. Ivette worked as an Adjunct Instructor of Graduate Studies at Rollins College from 2018 to 2019, where they taught HR certification preparation courses. Ivette also worked as an Adjunct Instructor of Business at Hillsborough Community College from 2017 to 2018, teaching HR courses and certification preparation classes.

Additionally, Ivette has gained valuable experience through their involvement with the Mechanical Contractors Association of America as part of a national peer advisory group. Ivette also worked as an HR Director and In-house Consultant at a management consulting firm.

Earlier in their career, Ivette worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Director of Administration, where they provided HR, change management, and integration support. Ivette played a crucial role in the company's acquisition process.

In 2011, Ivette took a personal sabbatical and spent time abroad. Ivette has also served as a consultant for WonderWorks Attraction and Ronald McDonald House Charities in the past.

Ivette Dupuis completed their education at Rollins College. Ivette obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior in 2008 and a Master of Human Resources (MHR) in Management Consulting/International HRM in 2015. Ivette also holds several certifications, including SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) obtained in September 2015 and Professional in Human Resources - California (PHRca) obtained in September 2013. Additionally, they have certifications in MBTI, Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Targeted Selection (TS) Interviewer, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
