Lauren Mottram-Heathcote

Lauren Mottram-Heathcote has a diverse work experience in various roles related to internal communications, HR projects, and employee engagement. Lauren started their career in 2006 as an HR Assistant at DHL and later worked as a Training & Development Advisor at Pets at Home. In 2009, they joined Selfridges & Co as a Learning & Development Advisor, where they also worked on employee communications. In 2010, they joined Electricity North West as an Internal Communications Officer and later took on the role of HR Advisor, where they managed policies and procedures. In 2013, they became the HR Projects and Internal Communications Manager for Europe at bareMinerals. Lauren then moved to Zuto in 2015 as an Internal Communications Manager, responsible for implementing internal communication strategies. Currently, they are working as the People Communications and Engagement Lead at Auto Trader UK, overseeing communications for over 1,000 employees and supporting the company's strategic goals. Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated strong skills in internal communications, employee engagement, and HR project management.

Lauren Mottram-Heathcote obtained a CIPD Level 7 certification from Sheffield Hallam University in 2012. In 2016 and 2017, they studied Interior Design at Stockport College. In 2012 and 2013, they pursued a CIPR Certificate in Internal Communications at PR Academy. Lauren also holds a BA (hons) degree in Business Studies & Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University, completed between 2004 and 2008.
