Hilat Doron

Hilat Doron has a diverse work experience, with a focus on software engineering and development. Starting in 2013, Hilat worked as an Automation Developer at PMO, before transitioning to the role of PR Coordinator - Tourism at the gush etzion regional council in 2014. From 2015 to 2016, Hilat served as a Shlicha at World Bnei Akiva, where they handled public relations, communication with community leaders, and managed events and human resources. In 2017, Hilat joined Operative as a Java Developer, and then moved on to PTC in 2019 as a Full-stack Developer. From 2020 to 2022, Hilat worked as a Software Engineer at Neteera. Currently, Hilat is employed at Autofleet as a Full Stack Engineer, starting in 2023.

Hilat Doron started their education at Lev Academic Center in 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Hilat completed this program in 2013. Later, in 2017, Hilat enrolled in Ariel University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Hilat completed this program in 2018.
