Sorin Bonciu

Sorin Bonciu is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Recruitment Lead at Autoliv Romania since April 2011, Sorin has held key roles including Global Lead for Recruitment Systems and Lead for Europe Recruitment SSC. Prior to this, Sorin worked as a Senior Consultant at Humangest Group and as a Manpower Professional Consultant at Manpower. Additional experience includes a role as an HR Consultant at PRO EXPERT, where responsibilities encompassed organizational diagnosis, team development programs, training design, and project management. Sorin began a career at Air Base 71 as a Technical Commission Officer from 1997 to 2006. Sorin holds a degree in Psychology, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, from Babes-Bolyai University.
