Kristina Plauche

Kristina Plauche has extensive experience in leadership roles within the tech industry. Currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering at Automattic since February 2016, Kristina leads multiple engineering teams, product owners, and designers to create customer-centered products. Prior to this, Kristina founded Farmers Market Baskets and scaled it from a handful of customers to thousands, with annual sales of 800K. Kristina also has a Bachelor of Science in Web Design & Development from Brigham Young University.
