During this time, they also operated their own company, Haskins Design and Development, LLC, as a Freelance Software Developer, delivering custom software solutions through test-driven development and user-centered design.
From 2013 to 2018, Haskins served as the Director of Engineering, Great Lakes Region, at Pillar Technology, where they led teams and organizations in delivering high-quality software solutions using Lean, Agile, and traditional methods.
Since 2018, Haskins has been working at Autonomic, starting as the Director of Engineering, Detroit, where they were tasked with building a top-notch software team. Greg then progressed to the role of Director of Engineering, Vehicle Communication, and later became the Senior Director of Engineering. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Engineering at Autonomic.
