Leonardo Bejarano Urrego

Leonardo Bejarano Urrego is a civil engineer with extensive experience in environmental licensing and project management. Currently serving as the Technical Leader in the Subdirectorate of Environmental License Monitoring at the Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales since August 2017, Leonardo also holds the position of Project Engineer at SIGM S.A.S since March 2018. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as a civil engineer at Antea Group Colombia from November 2010 to August 2017. Academically, Leonardo completed a Master's degree in Project Management and Investment Evaluation at Universidad Externado de Colombia, alongside a specialization in Roads and Airstrips from Escuela de Ingenieros Militares and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad La Gran Colombia.
