Niamh Cray

Niamh Cray has extensive work experience in the field of HR and talent management. Niamh has worked as Head of People and Talent at Auxilion since 2021. Prior to that, they were an HR Consultant at Pharmapod from 2020 to 2021 and served as the HR Lead for Ireland at National Express Ireland in 2020. Niamh also has a long history with Sodexo, where they held various roles including HR Director from 2013 to 2019, HR Advisor from 2009 to 2013, and Business Manager from 1998 to 2009.

Niamh Cray has a BA in Human Resources from the National College of Ireland, completed between 2005 and 2008. Niamh also holds several diplomas from the Irish Management Institute, including a Diploma in Business Finance (2017-2018), MBS in Business Practise (2015-2018), Diploma in Management of Governance and Compliance (2016-2017), and Diploma in Leadership (2015-2016).
