Sr. Solutions Architect (codeless As A Platform)

Position Overview:

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a leadership role in designing, managing, and implementing applications that exceed customer expectations. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, application engineers, technical project managers, and development teams to ensure the delivery of top-tier applications that exceed our customers expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the design and construction of full-stack enterprise applications.

● Establish direct collaboration with customers to understand and document business requirements.

● Turn customer insights into actionable design and development plans for tailored solutions.

● Formulate, tailor and present solution proposals to clients (executive level through project level), providing a clear vision of the proposed applications.

● Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with established architectural principles.

● Mentor and guide other solution architects and application engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.

● Manage and actively contribute to the professional development and growth of junior solution architects.

● Regular communication with leadership with regards to project updates.

● Effectively manage schedules of assigned team members and self.

● Adhere to all company processes and policies as outlined.

Requirements:

● 5+ Years of experience 

● Minimum 3 years experience in designing enterprise grade applications, as well as experience in Unqork or other low code/no code development platforms and API development experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
