Aurora Vargas Katz, PhD has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Processor role at Genex Cooperative, Inc. and Cooperative Resources International in 2011. Aurora Vargas Katz, PhD obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University between 2015 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Sciences from Louisiana State University between 2011 and 2015.
