Onkar Desai

Onkar Desai has extensive experience in tax analysis and accounting roles, currently serving as a Team Lead at Avalara since 2017. Prior positions at Avalara include Senior Back Filing Analyst and Tax Analyst. Previously, Onkar worked as a Process Associate at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. from August 2015 to April 2022, contributing to the accounting and settlement team. Onkar holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Software Testing and Business Analysis, as well as a degree in Information Technology from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology, with foundational education completed at S P M High School.
