Sheena Amin-Liebman

Sheena Amin-Liebman serves as the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Avalere Health, following a role as Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Fishawack Health. With extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, Sheena has successfully led strategic programs focusing on various demographics and employee engagement while acting as a key partner to executive leaders. Prior to these roles, Sheena held positions at Accenture, where responsibilities included advancing D&I strategies and managing employee experiences, as well as roles in business development and client relationships at CEIC Data and ISI Emerging Markets. Educational credentials include a focus on Leading Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from Northwestern University and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Greenwich.
