Keria McCowan, JD

Keria McCowan, JD has a diverse work experience, beginning with their current role as a Legal Technology Analyst II at Avalon since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Family Law Extern at Community Law Program, Inc. from 2017-2021. From 2016-2017, they were a Lawyer Referral Coordinator at Clearwater Bar Association. Keria also had roles as a Server/Host at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. from 2013-2014, and as a Cocktail Server at New Orleans Steamboat Company from 2014-2016.

Keria McCowan, JD began their educational journey in 2011 at Xavier University of Louisiana, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government. Keria then attended Judge Barefoot Sanders Law Magnet to study Criminal Justice. In 2015, they enrolled at Stetson University College of Law and graduated with a JD in 2018. Additionally, they have obtained a Certified Legal Intern certification from the Florida Board of Bar Examiners.
