Charles Banks

Charles "Andy" Banks possesses extensive experience in global security management and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Sr. Global Security Director and Chief of Global Security at Avanos Medical since November 2019, Banks has previously held key roles in security and compliance at Avanos/Halyard Healthcare/Kimberly Clark, the U.S. Department of State, Cody Laboratories, Inc., and the U.S. Department of Justice/DEA. Banks has demonstrated expertise in executive protection, risk assessments, physical security, and establishing best practices for supply chain security. A graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology/Criminal Justice, Banks has a proven track record in managing teams and implementing effective security strategies across multiple regions, including Latin America, Asia, and Europe.
