Farai Nicole Kanjere (Assoc CIPD)

Farai Nicole Kanjere (Assoc CIPD) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career as an Administration Assistant at Farisean Ltd. before transitioning to a Support Worker role, where they assisted individuals with learning disabilities. Following this, Farai joined West Sussex County Council as a Human Resources Assistant Intern, where they organized events and provided general HR support.

Farai then worked as a Human Resources Officer at Care Management Group Ltd., where they handled HR queries, drafted HR documentation, and provided general advice. They also managed four regions and reviewed budgets for increased efficiency.

Afterwards, Farai joined Barclays as a Customer Advisor, addressing customer needs and developing sales opportunities. They then moved on to Design ME Textiles as an HR Officer, handling recruitment, maintaining staff records, and serving as the first point of contact for HR queries.

Farai's next role was at GSK, where they held various positions such as HR Customer Support Consultant, HR Advisor for Change Projects, and HR Advisor for Global Support Functions. In these roles, they managed global employee data for restructuring projects, supported corporate development teams, handled compensation and reward analysis, and provided guidance on key HR activities.

They then joined Unilever as an HR People Experience Lead, where they supported HR business partners and managed HR projects. They also worked as an Assistant HR Business Partner, focusing on Europe and Americas.

Currently, Farai is working at Avant Arte, first as a People Operations Manager and currently as a People Operations Lead. In these roles, they are responsible for overseeing people operations and managing HR-related matters.

Throughout their career, Farai has gained experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR policy implementation, and project management. They hold an Associate membership in CIPD.

Farai Nicole Kanjere (Assoc CIPD) completed their Level 7 Advanced Certificate in HRM from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies and Human Resource Management from the University of Chichester from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Farai Nicole Kanjere also holds a certification as a Mental Health First Aider, which was obtained in February 2020 from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
