Natalia Glischinski

Natalia Glischinski is a Junior HR Manager at AVANTGARDE Group since August 2022 and previously served as a Co-Founder at ABBESS Jewellery from July 2020 to April 2023, where responsibilities included collection creation, branding, social media advertising, customer care, sales management, and inventory control. Prior experience includes an internship at LOEWS focused on event management and marketing strategies, as well as roles at White rabbit GmbH and Kaiserin Fashion, where skills in sales, customer management, and retail operations were further developed.
