Holly Gorski, SPHR, currently serves as Senior Manager of HR Operations at Avantor, a position held since August 2015, where responsibilities include the development and execution of global HR programs and partnering with HR teams to support organizational growth. Prior roles at Avantor include HR Business Partner, providing strategic support to multiple manufacturing sites, focusing on employee relations and organizational development. Holly's experience spans various positions at companies such as Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, where senior HR consultancy was provided, and Nestle, where recruitment coordination was managed. Holly holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Keller School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
