Kerri Murphy Colicchio, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kerri is currently the Vice President Global TA & HR Operations at Avantor, where they are responsible for operations, talent acquisition, HR technology, payroll, reporting & analytics, HR services, policy compliance, and employee relations. Prior to Avantor, Kerri was the Sr. Director, Global Head of HR Operations at Regeneron. In this role, they expanded the HR Operations team and implemented top-tier practices for HR operational excellence and global policy compliance. Before Regeneron, Kerri worked at Johnson & Johnson, where they held various roles including Director, Head of Employee Relations/Labor Relations Global Process, and Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt Process Architect. Kerri successfully built global HR processes, established metrics and key performance indicators, and led process design and deployment initiatives. Earlier in their career, Kerri served as President, General Manager, and Business Development Manager at Covenant Contracting, where they managed daily operations and oversaw multiple construction projects. Kerri began their career at Merck & Co., Inc. as a Senior Director, focusing on operational excellence, business transformation, and change management.

Kerri Murphy Colicchio received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University in 1988. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the same field of study from Rutgers University - Newark, which they completed in 1997. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Executive Negotiation from The Wharton School in the same year. In terms of additional certifications, Kerri obtained various qualifications such as Leading Inclusive Teams, Skills for Inclusive Conversations, and Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences from LinkedIn in 2021. Furthermore, they earned the Executive Coach certification from the World Coach Institute in 2013 and the Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Merck in 2007.
