Allan Ciccarelli began their work experience in August 2013 as a Medical Receptionist for FEDERAL HILL SURGICAL GROUP, PC. In March 2013, they worked as a Receptionist for Stoweflake Mountain Resort, Spa & Conference Center, where they directed daily tours, completed maintenance tasks, and helped create new guest service standards. In August 2013, Allan became a Residential Advisor at Northern Vermont University, responsible for the safety and security of students. Allan collaborated with campus officials to improve student life and address disciplinary issues. In August 2014, Allan joined Walt Disney World as a Lifeguard until July 2017. During this time, they also worked as a Concierge from July 2017 to May 2022, managing front desk services, promoting resort amenities, and assisting guests with reservations and recommendations. In September and October 2021, Allan briefly worked as a Rooms Controller at Walt Disney World. Currently, Allan is a Customer Service Specialist at AvantStay, starting in May 2022.

Allan Ciccarelli completed their education at Northern Vermont University from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Prior to that, they attended Bristol Eastern High School from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a General Education Degree. In addition to their formal education, Allan has obtained several certifications, including Lifeguard & Water Safety Training from Ellis and Associates, Inc. in January 2014, Water Safety Training from Walt Disney World in January 2017, and Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED from American Red Cross Training Services in March 2012.
