M. Paula Vázquez has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. M. Paula started their career at Amaranta, a small restaurant where they worked as an Owner and Pastry Chef from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they joined Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. and held multiple positions, including Culinary Operations Coordinator/Demi Chef de Partie.
