Sebastian Mierez

Sebastian Mierez has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Lead for the Implementation and Professional Services Pricing Team at Avaya since October 2007, Sebastian manages a team that provides services quotes to customers and business partners in North America, achieving significant improvements in delivery times and sales cycles through Lean processes and Salesforce implementation. Previously, Sebastian worked as a Pricing Specialist at Avaya, focusing on presales for Professional Services in North America. Prior experience includes a role as a Provisioner at Verizon, where management and provisioning of telecommunications products were handled, and as a Networks Manager and Project Leader at Dinfox, overseeing a team of developers and technicians. Sebastian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Escuela Argentina de Negocios and a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
