Victoria Stennes

Victoria Stennes has over forty years of experience in the airline industry. Victoria began their career in 1972 as a Managing Director at Delta Air Lines. Victoria then moved to JetBlue Airways in 2003, where they served as Vice President Inflight Experience. In 2014, they joined CustomersFirstNow as a Senior Consultant, and then in 2016, they became the Director of Customer Experience and Retention at STERIS. Most recently, they have held the roles of Head of People and Customer Experience and Vice President Customer Experience (Airports, Inflight, Customer Support and Customer Care) at Avelo Airlines since 2020.

Victoria Stennes has attended The University of Georgia and the University of Michigan, where they completed an Executive Management Program. Additionally, they hold an Executive Coach Certification.
