Barbara L. has over 15 years of experience in sales and business development. Barbara began their career in 2003 as a Sales Representative for Frutarom, where they were responsible for accounts in 14 states representing 240+ products. In 2006, they moved to Caravan Ingredients as a Sales Representative, where they represented emulsifiers, enrichments, food and bakery ingredients to food/beverage companies in multiple states. In 2008, they became the Manager of Sales & Development at SunOpta, and in 2013 they were promoted to Corporate Account Manager at Univar. In 2015, they were appointed National Account Manager at Bay State Milling Company, and in 2019 they were promoted to Director of Sales and Business Development at Avena Foods Limited.
