Isabelle le Mercier

Isabelle Le Mercier has extensive work experience in the field of immunology and oncology research. Isabelle is currently serving as the Associate Director of Immuno-Oncology at AvenCell since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Scientist at Cellarity from August 2020 to April 2022. Isabelle also held various roles at KSQ Therapeutics, Inc., including Principal Scientist, Associate Principal Scientist, and Senior Scientist from November 2016 to August 2020. Isabelle has also worked as a Scientist at ImmuNext from April 2016 to October 2016. Isabelle started their career as a Research Associate and Post Doctoral Fellow at Dartmouth College from January 2011 to April 2016. Before that, they worked as a Visiting Research Scientist at INSERM and as a Research Scientist at Centre Léon Bérard in 2010. Isabelle earned their PhD from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, during which they conducted research on tumor-associated alterations of myeloid and plasmacytoid dendritic cells.

Isabelle Le Mercier completed their education in a chronological order. Isabelle first pursued a Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology and Physiology at École Normale Supérieure de Lyon, which they completed in 2003. Isabelle then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the same institution, graduating in 2005. Continuing their academic journey, Isabelle Le Mercier obtained a PhD in Immunology from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 in 2009.
