Addison C. Grimes

Addison C. Grimes has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of technology and program management.

In 2004, Addison joined Monster Worldwide as the Vice President of Global Professional Services. In this role, they developed and managed a global professional services group, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects.

In 2007, they worked as an Independent Consultant at pod consulting before transitioning to Kenexa, an IBM Company in 2008. At Kenexa, Addison served as the Vice President of Product and Engineering, leading the recruitment systems and spearheading the IBM Smarter Workforce initiative.

In 2013, Addison joined Asure Software as the CTO of Asure FORCE, Vice President of Technology. In this role, they were responsible for the time and attendance SaaS systems and various legacy systems, as well as overseeing operations and data centers.

Addison then moved on to True Office Learning and NY Stock Exchange Governance Services (NYSE GS) in 2014, where they served as the VP of Platform Operations. Addison C. was responsible for overseeing platform operations within the company.

In 2017, Addison joined ScheduleSoft Corporation as the CTO, where they led the building of the new WorkLoud product for workforce management.

From 2019 to 2021, Addison worked at OnShift as the Sr. Vice President of Engineering. Addison C. led technology teams in building products across the HCM space in the post-acute care markets.

In 2021, Addison joined Cognizant as the AVP Program Management before taking on the role of Chief Information Officer at Stova in 2023.

Addison C. Grimes pursued education in a progressive manner, beginning with a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Earlham College. This degree was obtained between 1981 and 1985, showcasing a commitment to the field of Physics. Moving forward, Grimes continued to explore academic opportunities and pursued a Master's of Science degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University. This course of study spanned from 1989 to 1992, further solidifying Grimes' expertise in the field of Computer Science. Finally, in 2006, Grimes attended the Society for Information Management to complete an IT Leadership Graduate program in Organizational Leadership. These educational experiences reveal a well-rounded professional with a diverse background in Physics, Computer Science, and Organizational Leadership.
