Rachel Habacivch

Rachel Habacivch has over 10 years of professional experience, beginning with their role as an Intern at the Pennsylvania Attorney General in 2013. In 2014, they became a Graduate Assistant at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, followed by a Student Ambassador role at Friends of the USA Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015 in 2015. In 2016, Rachel was an Adjunct Professor at Pennsylvania State University and, in 2010, they were a Senior Airman at the US Air Force Reserve. In 2017, Rachel became a Business Analyst at Universal Consulting Service, followed by a Consultant role at Deloitte in 2018. In 2020, they were a Workforce Planning SME at Integral Consulting Services, Inc., and in 2021, they became Manager at AVER, LLC. In their roles, Rachel has managed teams of SMEs, delivered quality projects, managed client relationships, designed and developed dashboards, briefed senior leaders on staffing data, led projects from initiation to close, developed executive level communications, redesigned websites, and managed corporate governance, portfolio management, and executive administrative services.

Rachel Habacivch obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Penn State University between 2011 and 2013. Rachel then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 2014 and 2016.
