Paul Taylor

Paul Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Paul started their career at Westinghouse Electric Company as a Sales Engineer in 1983. From there, they worked in various product line, project, and marketing positions at Cutler-Hammer until 1999. After that, they served as the Marketing Director at Metalsite for two years.

In 2002, Paul joined Cutler-Hammer, Inc. as a Product Line Manager for the Automatic Transfer Switches division. During their time there, they successfully transitioned manufacturing operations to Mexico and achieved financial objectives. Paul also hired new engineering and marketing teams in North Carolina.

In 2008, Paul became the Vice President of Marketing and Customer Service at Cooper Bussmann. Paul oversaw marketing efforts and integrated customer service applications and pricing into the product management team. Paul also led the "Productivity Through Protection Tour" customer education program, training over 5,000 customers. Paul remained in this role until 2012 when they joined Eaton's Cooper Power Systems as the Vice President of Customer Service and Strategic Marketing. Paul supported global activities from the Mexico location and managed a team of 100 across three countries.

From 2014 to 2018, Paul worked at Rockwell Automation as the Global Business Manager for Low Voltage Motor Control Centers. In this role, they led the front-end team responsible for product management, commercial engineering, and business systems. Paul collaborated with Operations to drive sales and operations planning across three plants in the US and Mexico.

Following their time at Rockwell Automation, Paul served as the Vice President of Marketing and Investor Relations at NN, Inc. from 2018 to 2019. Paul then joined Virginia Transformer Corp as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a brief period before their current role as the Director of Service Marketing at Aviat Networks starting in 2020.

Paul Taylor has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.
