Simona Vileniskyte

Simona Vileniskyte has been working as a Software Systems Engineer at Avidyne since 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at the Florida Institute of Technology from 2019 to 2020, including Research Assistant, Supervisor (FA/FS/INSTRUCTOR) at Clemente Center, Aerospace Engineering Student, and Summer Intern. Simona was also a Member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics - GWU Branch and the Society of Women Engineers in 2020, and a Tech Support Intern at GAOTek Inc. in the same year.

Simona Vileniskyte is currently enrolled at the Florida Institute of Technology, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering. Simona is expected to graduate in 2023. In April 2021, they were inducted into the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society at Florida Institute of Technology.
