Dustin Amesbury

Dustin Amesbury has a strong background in software development and management. Dustin started their career at Amazon, where they worked as a Software Development Engineer, managing a platform used by Amazon subsidiaries. Dustin developed standardized data consumption mechanisms and gathered project requirements from Amazon subsidiaries. Following this, Dustin joined Avionté Staffing Software, where they held multiple roles. Dustin started as a Product Manager, leading the company in monetizing existing business functionality with productized APIs. Dustin then became a Software Engineering Manager, responsible for the API platform that served the Partnership portion of the business. In this role, they also managed the development team and the cloud infrastructure. Finally, they were promoted to Senior Software Engineering Manager, where they led cross-functional teams and drove seamless product experiences on world-class technology. Dustin also has teaching and research experience from their time at Iowa State University, where they worked as a Teaching Assistant and a Research Assistant, primarily in the field of Agricultural Engineering.
