Paul Gallagher

Paul Gallagher has over 25 years of legal experience, with their most recent role being Vice President, General Counsel, Americas at Avis Budget Group since December 2019. Before that, they served as the Head of Legal, North America at Avis Budget Group for 7 years, where they were responsible for legal counsel for the company's car, truck, car sharing, and car sales operations in North America. Prior to joining Avis Budget Group, Paul worked as Staff Counsel/Senior Staff Counsel/Associate General Counsel at Avis Budget Group, Inc. from 2002 to 2012. Paul began their legal career as an Associate at North Jersey Law Firms from 1995 to 2002.

Paul Gallagher attended Fordham University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and English. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree at Quinnipiac University School of Law from 1992 to 1995.
