Justin Dudkiewicz

Justin Dudkiewicz has over 18 years of work experience in various HR roles. Justin currently serves as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Avita Community Partners, where they are responsible for recruitment, onboarding management, employee grievances, HR data management, and supervision of training and generalist staff. Justin has also held positions as the Director of Human Resources at District 2 Public Health and Advantage Behavioral Health Systems, where they provided executive HR oversight and managed functions such as enterprise training, recruitment, payroll/benefits, and performance management. In addition, Justin has experience as a recruiter at North Georgia Technical College, where they provided admissions, financial aid, and housing information to prospective students.

Justin Dudkiewicz obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Piedmont University, which they attended from 2000 to 2001. Justin then pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Public Administration at Piedmont University from 2002 to 2004.
