Howard Gadsby

Howard Gadsby has a comprehensive work experience in manufacturing and engineering roles. Howard recently joined Avo Photonics as the Director of Manufacturing in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Cardone Industries for a significant portion of their career, starting in 2000 as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager and serving in that role until 2022. Howard also worked at Central Sprinkler Company as a Manufacturing Engineer from 1998 to 2000, where they contributed to various projects focused on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and implementing quality control measures.

Howard Gadsby obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 1984 to 1989. Howard later pursued further education at Lehigh University, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Manufacturing System of Engineering, which they completed from 1998 to 2000.
