Vannessa LeBoss has a long and successful career in business development, operations, finance, sales, and public speaking. Vannessa began their career in 1997 as the Chief Operating Officer of ASL Services Inc. where they were part owner and oversaw all core operations. From 2016 to 2022, they held various roles at Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD), including Vice President of Business Development (Emerging Markets), Director of Connect Direct, Business Development Manager, and Account Executive - Vineya. During this time, they were responsible for building and maintaining a strong network of Vineya Partners throughout the country, and contributed to CSD's sales strategy. LeBoss also served as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices from 2016 to 2022. Finally, in 2022, they became the Director of Business Development at Avodah, Inc. where they are a champion of inclusion, equitable solutions, and diversity. Vannessa is also a frequent presenter and panelist at executive and leadership conferences, having served as a panelist and presenter for the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Vannessa LeBoss has an extensive educational background. Vannessa obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Valencia College in 1998. In 2016, they obtained a Florida Principles, Practices & Law V39.0 from Cameron Academy of Real Estate. In addition, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Valencia College. Vannessa also has several certifications, including a Post-Crisis Leadership Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2020, a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) from The International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) in 2019, a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the State of Florida in 2016, HIPAA Privacy & Security Training from Interpreters and Healthcare Providers in 2014, Conflict Management & Confrontation in 2005, Microsoft Office Training in 1999, and an IAAP Certified Professionals in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) from IAAP - International Association of Accessibility Professionals in 2022.
