Eros Erwin Chiong has been working in the technology industry since 1988. Eros Erwin began their career as President and Co-Founder of Pacific Byte. From 1991 to 1995, they worked as Senior Director of Client Services at Computer Ventures Inc, where they led the Product and ProServices teams to implement enterprise systems for various government organizations. In 1995, they joined Workgroup Management Inc. as Product Manager and Consulting Manager, where they were responsible for overall architecture, delivery, and project budgets for customer engagements. In 1998, they moved to Documentum Corporation as Senior Product Manager, where they launched a new drug submission enterprise software, created and launched a content management portal solution, OEM'd and launched a web content deployment software, designed new features for the existing life science software, and was involved in corporate M&As. In 2003, they joined EMC as Group Product Manager, where they were the product owner of EMC's Business Process Management Product Suite and worked with the Business Development, Product Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to acquire, integrate, and merge companies. In 2007, they founded Trends Global LLC and was the CEO of the self-funded mobile development platform and rules engine. Since 2012, they have been Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Avolve Software Corporation, where they are responsible for building design, control, and construction solutions for flexible and efficient processes for everyday tasks related to Building Plan review, Fire PrePlanning, and Emergency Response Floor Plans. As a member of the C-Staff, they work with the CEO, CFO, and VP of Sales to define, execute, monitor, and adjust corporate plans to meet profit targets and customer service goals. Eros Erwin is also the product executive owner with P & L company operations oversight.

Eros Erwin Chiong attended De La Salle University from 1982 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management Engineering with a minor in Mechanical Engineering. In 1986, they returned to De La Salle University for Continuing Education, completing MBA courses in Accounting, Marketing, and Communication.
