Currently serving as a Relationship Manager and Commercial Construction Lender at Shore United Bank since April 2023, O'Connor previously held senior roles at Sandy Spring Bank, The Casey Group, Howard Bank, PNC Bank, Provident Bank, Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage, M&T Bank, and Maryland National Bank/Equitable Bank. O'Connor's expertise includes developing and managing relationships with real estate developers and investors, originating and underwriting commercial loans, and executing asset management plans for substantial loan portfolios.
