Timothy Lee

Timothy Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Timothy began their career as a Summer Vacation Scholar at Summ in 1995, where they worked on debugging existing codes and implementing new algorithms. Following this, they served as a Computer Administrator at Hong Kong Baptist Theological Seminary, ensuring the smooth operation of the LAN and providing technical support to end-users. In 1996, they transitioned to the role of Analyst Programmer at the same institution.

In 1997, Timothy joined Carries Technology Limited as an Assistant Engineer, primarily responsible for surveying potential sites for paging transmitter addition and relocation. Timothy also handled LAN administration and developed a database for automation purposes. The following year, they moved to Hong Kong Baptist Theological Seminary, where they assumed the role of Assistant Engineer. Here, they were involved in various activities such as surveying, drafting proposals, and resolving technical issues.

In 2000, Timothy joined Sirius International (HK) Limited as a Project Engineer, and over the course of the next 15 years, they held several roles within the company. Timothy served as a Technical Consultant, a Senior Project Engineer, an Assistant Engineering Manager, and an IT Manager before ultimately becoming the General Manager in 2008. During their tenure, they displayed strong leadership skills and contributed significantly to the company’s success.

Most recently, Timothy served as a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer at AVT Australia before being promoted to the role of Lead Embedded Systems Engineer in 2020. Although the end dates for some of their roles are unspecified, their extensive experience in embedded systems engineering is evident throughout their career journey.

Timothy Lee completed their education in a chronological order. Timothy pursued a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc/BE Double Degree in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering from Monash University between 1992 and 1996. Timothy completed their high school education at East Doncaster Secondary College, Victoria, Australia from 1986 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, Timothy Lee holds certifications as a Certified Technologist from the Australian Computer Society and as a participant of the "Shaping up with Angular.js" course from Code School.
