Gustavo Morales

Gustavo Morales is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in technology management and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Toptal since October 2019, Gustavo also contributes as a Judge for ARCET Global and Awards International, and is a Certified Member & Workshop Guest Facilitator for Leaders Excellence at Harvard Square. Previous roles include Delivery Manager at BairesDev and Globant, and Project Manager at NetSuite and Sabre Holdings, where significant expertise in managing large teams and delivering complex software solutions was developed. Education includes a System Engineer degree from ORT University and a degree in Electronics from the same institution.
