Matthew Delfico

Matthew Delfico has extensive work experience in the cosmetic industry. Matthew is currently the Director of Research and Development at Voyant Beauty, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Technical Director at Protameen Chemicals from 2019 to 2022, where they were responsible for creating new raw materials and blends for the industry.

From 2017 to 2019, Matthew worked as a Technical Manager at Alzo International. Matthew also held the position of Laboratory Operations Manager at Verla International from 2014 to 2017, where they oversaw lab priorities and ensured the quality of lab formulas.

Earlier in their career, Matthew worked as a Cosmetic Chemist for BASF Corporation from 2008 to 2013, where they designed and developed cosmetic formulas using effect pigments and other BASF products. Matthew also served as a Sr. Chemist at Verla International LTD from 2006 to 2008, where they developed various formulas for private label and contract manufacturing clients.

Matthew's experience also includes working as a Cosmetic Chemist at Zotos International in 2006 and as a Chemist at Avon Products Inc from 2003 to 2006, where they developed and tested skincare, color, and lip products.
