Natalia Paz is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as Sous Chef at Awasi - Relais & Châteaux since September 2023, Natalia has held positions such as Jefa de partida at Hotel Las Torres and Remota Patagonia Lodge, where responsibilities included managing kitchen operations, menu development, and inventory management. Previous roles encompass leadership in kitchen settings at Restaurante Puerto Fuy and Restaurante Cafeteria Malvarosa, as well as foundational experiences at Marriott Hotels and Caja de Compensacion La Araucana. Natalia's education includes a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a Diploma in World Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu Perú, alongside a Technical degree in Gastronomy from Guillermo Gonzalez Heinrich.
