Olga Barker began their work experience as an English Teacher at LEE School from September 2016 to June 2017.

In November 2017, they joined CIENCE as a Business Development professional. Their role involved maintaining a healthy CRM, lead generation, managing a team, coaching trainees, and setting appointments. Olga worked in this position until September 2020.

Within CIENCE, Olga also served as a CORE Mentor from January to September 2020. Olga then transitioned to a Team Lead role from September 2020 to September 2021, where they onboarded and trained successful Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and developed time-efficient training systems.

From September 2021 to August 2022, Olga worked as a Training Team Manager at CIENCE. In this position, they managed a team responsible for training new SDRs and identified areas for improvement within the training team.

From June 2022 to November 2022, Olga was a Sales Enablement Manager at CIENCE. Their responsibilities included managing an Enablement Specialists team, creating training courses, and managing projects related to learning materials.

Most recently, Olga Barker joined Awesomic in April 2023 as a Business Development professional. This role involves creating a web app to enhance the design process for companies, matching their design tasks with suitable designers.

Olga Barker completed their education at Kyiv National Linguistics University. Olga obtained a Bachelor's degree in Written and Oral Translation, which they pursued from 2012 to 2016. Following their undergraduate studies, Olga pursued a Master's degree in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from 2016 to 2018 at the same institution.

In addition to their formal education, Olga Barker has also obtained several certifications. In September 2021, they completed the course "Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions" from Coursera. In August 2021, they completed the course "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere" from the same platform.

Olga has also completed various certifications related to Google and LinkedIn. In 2018, they completed the "Google Sheets Essential Training" and certifications in advanced usage of Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. Additionally, Olga completed the "Team Collaboration in G Suite" certification in the same year.

In the field of sales and marketing, Olga obtained certifications from HubSpot. In January 2017, they completed the "Inbound" certification and in December 2017, they completed the "Inbound Sales" certification. In January 2018, they obtained the "Sales Enablement" certification, and in November 2017, they obtained the "HubSpot Sales Software" certification.
