Emily Fiaoni

Emily Fiaoni, MBA has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Emily is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Ascend Wellness Holdings, a leading cannabis company. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner for their retail division in Illinois and Ohio.

Before joining Ascend Wellness Holdings, Emily held multiple roles at Christian Horizons, a non-profit organization. Emily served as the Director of Home Care and Human Resources, where they managed the strategic aspects of home care services and HR functions. Emily also held the position of Director of Human Resources and worked as a Human Resources Generalist during their tenure at Christian Horizons.

Emily began their HR career at HSHS St. John's Hospital, where they worked as a People Services Specialist.

Emily Fiaoni, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Benedictine University in the years 2015-2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the University of Illinois Springfield.
