Melissa Feck

Melissa Feck has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Melissa currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Ascend Wellness Holdings, a role they started in January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Latham, The Pool Company from June 2016 to January 2024. Before that, Melissa worked at HANYS, where they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources & HERF from April 2011 to June 2016. Melissa also had a significant role at DrumART, LLC, serving as the Vice President of Marketing & Moral Support from January 2004 to April 2011. Melissa started their career at CAP COM Federal Credit Union, where they held various positions, including Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Services from January 2001 to July 2010 and Manager of Corporate Services from August 1993 to December 2000.

Melissa Feck attended Mercy High School until 1989. Melissa then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in English and History at the University at Albany, SUNY, completing their studies in 1993. In 2007, Melissa obtained the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from HRCI.
