Kelly R. has over two decades of experience in retail development, construction, and store planning. Kelly has held various leadership positions in well-known companies such as Ascend Wellness Holdings, EssilorLuxottica, Party City, Warby Parker, New York & Company, Spencer's, Burlington Coat Factory, A.C. Moore, and KDR Construction Group. Throughout their career, Kelly has led teams, developed retail growth strategies, managed real estate and store planning, and overseen construction and facilities management. Kelly has a strong background in retail operations and has worked with multiple brands in the industry.

Kelly R. has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University. Kelly also attended the Community College of the Air Force, where they studied Management and Economics. Kelly R. holds an AA degree in Political Science from Rowan College at Burlington County. Kelly received training in security police and law enforcement from the United States Air Force. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University, expected to be completed in 2023. Additionally, Kelly R. has a certification as a Real Estate Sales Associate from the New Jersey Association of Realtors.
