Christopher Leady

Christopher Leady is a seasoned professional in talent management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Global Talent Management Leader at Axalta, Christopher has previously held significant positions at Virtua Health as Vice President of Talent Management and at Campbell Soup Company as Director & Head of Global Talent Management, among other titles. Earlier career experiences include roles at TD Bank, where Christopher was Assistant Vice President of Organizational Development, and at Adecco Employment Services as Staffing Manager. Christopher holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Rowan University.
