Tony Ingram

Tony Ingram has a diverse work experience starting from 2008 until present. Tony is currently the CEO & Co-founder of Axem Neurotechnology since July 2016. Prior to this, they worked as a Lab Instructor at Dalhousie University from January 2015 to December 2016, where they taught in the School of Physiotherapy. Before that, Tony worked as a Biomechanist at Spring Loaded Technology in 2014, where they designed testing protocols and oversaw testing using the company's knee brace technology. Additionally, they ran an educational website called BBoyScience.com from September 2010 to July 2014, where they provided articles and e-books on health, fitness, and injury prevention. Tony also worked as a Physiotherapist at Eastern Health from July 2011 to May 2014, specializing in neuro-rehabilitation and providing physical therapy services for neurological conditions. Lastly, they served as the Director and Instructor at Concrete Roots Productions from August 2008 to January 2012, where they implemented dance programming in schools and community centers, as well as provided consulting and presentations on health and injury prevention.

Tony Ingram completed their education in chronological order as follows:

From 2002 to 2006, they attended Memorial University of Newfoundland where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Behavioral Neuroscience.

From 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physiotherapy (Clinical) at Dalhousie University.

Between 2011 and 2014, Tony studied part-time at Memorial University of Newfoundland, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Kinesiology (Exercise Physiology).

Lastly, from 2014 to 2021, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Neuroscience at Dalhousie University.

Apart from their formal education, Tony Ingram also obtained a certification in Statistical Analysis of fMRI Data from Coursera in April 2014.
