Robert D. has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Robert began their career in 1998 as a Senior Therapist at Seven Counties Services, where they focused on family-based interventions for children with emotional disabilities. Robert then joined Centerstone Kentucky, where they held various roles such as Project Manager for Clinical Outcomes and Data and Director of Clinical Operations for Addictions.
From 2018 to 2020, Robert served as the Director of Market Clinical Operations at Evolent Health. Robert then moved on to Molina Healthcare, where they worked as a Director of Healthcare Services. During their time at Molina Healthcare, they established a COVID pandemic monitoring dashboard and managed agency KPIs with goals exceeding 95%.
In 2022, Robert joined Monogram Health as a Senior Director of Client Partnerships. Here, they focused on account performance and relationship management, surpassing all key performance indicators within the first five months. Robert also grew the largest account and quadrupled a smaller contract by improving quality outcomes and driving cost savings.
Most recently, in 2023, Robert joined Wayspring as the Vice President of Clinical Operations.
Robert D. obtained a Master's Degree in Expressive Therapy from the University of Louisville between 1996 and 1998. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Fine Art (Double Major) at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1992 to 1996. In 2002, they were also certified as a Licensed Professional Art Therapist (LPAT) by the KY Board of Professional Art Therapists.
